1General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the wenbd platform and all of its services. "wenbd", "we", and "our" refer to this platform and its operating authority. "Member" and "you" refer to any registered user.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Members will be duly informed of any changes by wenbd. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Registration & Account Terms

The following requirements must be met to open an account with wenbd:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, email, and any other details provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to wenbd immediately.

Wenbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly where there is evidence of a rule violation.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Transactions on wenbd can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment-related rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account type.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies according to the member's account tier.
• Withdrawal Time: Typically 5 to 15 minutes. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Same method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wenbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to their use:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus balance becomes withdrawable only after you have placed bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount. The exact figure will be stated separately for each offer.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed using bonus balance must meet a minimum odds requirement — generally 1.5 or higher.
• One bonus, one time: The same type of bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Bonus Abuse: If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, wenbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

Welcome Bonus — a 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies, and the bonus is valid for 30 days.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on wenbd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless wenbd's authority approves it for a specific reason.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on announcements from the official sports authority. In the event of any dispute over a result, wenbd's decision is final.
• The maximum single bet amount is determined by account type and event.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, wenbd reserves the right to correct the bet to the right odds or void it.
• Wenbd is not responsible for any bet that fails to be placed during live betting due to an internet disconnection.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wenbd:

• Attempting to fix matches or manipulate outcomes in any dishonest way.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts or someone else's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using the wenbd name or logo to deceive or defraud others.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If such activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7Privacy & Data Protection

Wenbd takes your personal information very seriously. The details you provide are used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification.
• Ensuring transaction processing and security.
• Managing betting operations and determining results.
• Providing customer support and resolving issues.
• Meeting legal obligations.

8Responsible Betting

9Account Suspension & Closure

10Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.

If any section of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall continue to apply. wenbd's decision shall be final in resolving any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions.
